Since Samudera Indonesia was selected as one of the official Hiring Partner for Royal Caribbean Cruises LTD which needs to fulfill the slot requisition, therefore, recruitment process is needed to be held in order to meet the demands. Every month the slot requisition given to us was varies from all department such as hospitality, marine, or both with different positions. Only selected candidates that match requirements and slot requisition will be called for pre-screening interviews.
A pre-screening interview is a process in which candidates need to tell about their educational background, personality, experiences that proven by working certificates, and general knowledge of the position. After the candidates have passed the pre-screening interview they will be going for a final interview.
